    You should ask your GP for help here. They are the ones that usually recommend such things for you.

    OUTPATIENT surgery for prostate is probablty not possible due to the delicate nature of the situation. Doctors must be EXTREMLY careful in this area. if a nerve is nicked or cut, you could lose the ability to have an erection.

    I would advise you to try medications first. And if you do need to have surgery, check out the new laser surgery.
