How do I find a good Urologist who can perform outpatient surgery on my enlarged prostate?

Also, how can I learn more about what procedures are available.

There are many different approaches to an enlarged prostate, surgery is a choice after all other approaches have not worked.

Ask your GP who he would recommend?

You should ask your GP for help here. They are the ones that usually recommend such things for you.

OUTPATIENT surgery for prostate is probablty not possible due to the delicate nature of the situation. Doctors must be EXTREMLY careful in this area. if a nerve is nicked or cut, you could lose the ability to have an erection.

I would advise you to try medications first. And if you do need to have surgery, check out the new laser surgery.
