vi/I0drqKmMwow/2.jpg” align=”left”/>Prostate concerns and relief. Another serious video for the men this time. (But on one small fun side note: I used the word “issue,” approximately 893 and a half times in this video. Apologies, my GOODNESS!! I think I’ve been watching my “The Saturdays” music video too much…see my favorites…;-).
ANYWAY! Back to seriousness:
Prostate problems are spreading more and more world-wide at this point, but they are *unquestionably* in far greater numbers anywhere the western diet is found.
Coincidence? I THINK NOT.
I will cover chronic prostatitis concerns in the next video, since I kinda left that issue hanging.
I won’t delve much into prostate cancer in my series, unless some really amazing new surgeries or alternatives come along (and a few are, that are minimally invasive, keeping nerves intact, etc).
Regarding the prostate massager, it is not uncommon in many parts of Asia for manual prostate massage to be performed on men for the sake of prostate health. There are a few specialists here in America on the west coast who also specialize in this incredibly effective way of minimizing prostate inflammation and/or discomfort. Often times, inflammation does not coincide with discomfort…and yet the massage, and massager mentioned in this video, can be of great assistance. Yes, it does take a slow getting used to for most men…but becomes much easier to use over time.
So let’s focus on preventative measures, which this video gives us a great head start with. SOOOO much we can do to keep prostate issues from developing, or getting worse, and SOOOO much we can do to manage chronic conditions now…options that have rarely been explored in the more traditional circles, and yet offer tremendous relief for sufferers.
My reference to use of antibiotics as a last resort, and if they’re effective for your acute prostatitis: ALWAYS take PRObiotics in conjunction with ANTIbiotics. This is NOT optional. Yogurt is not sufficient. Take a high count, high STRAIN probiotic opposite the times you take whichever AB you’re on that is working. And as mentioned, take the entire prescription until it is gone (should not be more than two weeks or so).
(And “Yes,” women DO have a sort of “prostate,” believe it or not. A WHOLE ‘nother topic for perhaps another time).
Thanks for watching!
