I had an enlarged prostate most of my life and I never did anything about it until I contracted cancer.
But I would think that microwave treatment would be less invasive and thus have less side effects. But I would discuss this with the doctor. My doctor told me of all the side effects and after effects before I had surgery and I believe the doctor is the best person to ask about this problem. I also took the time to check out the different outcome on Google.
